Harbert Retail has successfully secured a new lease, bringing Costa Vida to a prime drive-thru location within the highly sought-after Liberty Commons development in Liberty, Missouri. Casey Howard of Harbert Retail represented the landlord in the transaction for the 2,298 SF free-standing quick-service restaurant (QSR).
The new restaurant will be located at 129 S Stewart Road, a heavily trafficked corridor anchored by major national retailers including Walmart, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Lowe’s, and Petco. By taking over the former Lion’s Choice space, Costa Vida introduces a fresh, Baja-inspired dining concept to one of Liberty’s most vibrant retail destinations.
Founded in Utah in 2003, Costa Vida has grown into a popular fast-casual chain celebrated for its made-from-scratch menu and coastal-inspired flavors. Signature offerings such as hand-rolled tortillas, slow-cooked meats, and the fan-favorite Sweet Pork will soon give the Liberty community a distinctive new dining option.
