Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard and Jackie Bell represented the seller of The Shops at Riverfront Village– the ±21,300 retail portion of a Class-A mixed-use development in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Built in 2014, The Shops at Riverfront Village is part of a large mixed-use development including a 440-bed Class-A student housing facility and 91-key Boutique Hotel Indigo, and is located just minutes from the University of Alabama campus. South Coast Commercial, a retail investment group located in South Carolina, purchased the property in December. Adam Baxter with Stream Capital Partners represented the buyer.
