Harbert Retail is pleased to announce the sale of a prime ±0.52 acre outparcel at 566 1st Street North in Alabaster. Casey Howard represented the seller in the transaction.
The buyer, DDP Alabaster, LLC, plans to develop a new Dutch Bros Coffee on the site, which offers excellent accessibility to Baptist Health Shelby Hospital and nearby retailers like Jimmy John’s, Taziki’s, and Arby’s.
A date has not been set for the project delivery at this time.
