Harbert Realty’s John Tally represented the landlord in a deal bringing GrindHouse gym to the first floor of Market Lofts on Third, a 192-unit mixed-use apartment redevelopment in the former American Red Cross Building. The gym was previously located in Homewood but has relocated downtown. The new space includes showers, a sauna, boxing area, the Styku contactless, 360-degree body scanner and a kids area that will be staffed with a kid’s trainer.
