A new Dunkin’ has opened in Fort Payne, AL, at 901 Glenn Blvd SW. The new Dunkin’ location will feature the brand’s new Next Gen modern design and in-store innovations, a drive-thru and mobile pickup area available for app orders, and a digital order status board enabling order tracking. Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard and Lacey Scott represented the Dunkin’ franchisee Ioan-Donut Holdings (IDH) in a deal. The new location, a .93 acre site, is situated near DeKalb Regional Medical Center, Lowe’s, Walmart Supercenter and just off Exit 218 for I-59.
IDH is one of the largest and most successful Dunkin franchisees in the entire Southeast with over 50 stores. IDH has grown 2022 sales in excess of $56 million and employs more than 800 people. They recently also opened Dunkin’ locations in Moody and Clay, Alabama.
