The seller was GBL investments, LLC, and the buyer was Guthrie’s Chicken. Guthrie’s will be opening a new location at the site. The site is ideally situated in a high-traffic/high-visibility location along Highway 31 in one of Vestavia Hills’ most active retail corridors, boasting a traffic count of over 37,000 cars per day.
