Noelle Calamusa is the Property Manager of the Urban Center at Liberty Park, a class A four building office complex, located in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. Noelle is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, construction management, maintenance, security, and client relations for the property as well as managing the on-site cafe. She is also an officer of the Urban Center Owner’s Association where she overseas financial reporting, budgeting and management for the Association.
Prior Experience
Noelle has been with Harris Tynes’ property management team for 10 years and previously worked with EGS/Cushman Wakefield, Harris Tynes Realty and Polar Construction Company.
Professional and Civic
Noelle is a current member and former Vice President of BOMA Alabama.
Education
Noelle is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
