Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard and Lacey Scott represented the Dunkin’ franchisee in a deal bringing the shop to 901 Glenn Blvd SW, Fort Payne, AL. The new location, a .93 acre site, is just 1.5 hours northeast of Birmingham CBD and is situated near DeKalb Regional Medical Center, Lowe’s, Walmart Supercenter and is just off Exit 218 for I-59.
