Ivy & Oak Café, a new brunch café and cocktail bar, is coming to 321 20th Street North this October. The new concept will bring coffee, breakfast and brunch to downtown during the day before transitioning to happy hour and evening bar service.
We’re proud to have played a part in bringing this new concept to downtown Birmingham. Norman Tynes, CEO of Harris Tynes Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord in leasing the space to Ivy & Oak.
